Visiting the Meeting

Live Oak Friends Meeting is located at 1318 West 26th Street in Houston, Texas.

We welcome visitors to Meeting for Worship on Sunday mornings:

• 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. (for early risers; Skyspace often open)
• 9:35 a.m. - 10:20 a.m.: Adult First Day School
• 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (childcare provided)

In addition, we hold meetings on Wednesday evenings:

• 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: Adult Discussion Group with Focus on Quakerism (tea and coffee served; attenders are welcome to bring brown bag dinner or snacks)
• 8:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.: Meeting for Worship

Other meetings include:

• Meeting for Worship with Attention to Healing, held every 3rd Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the Little House
• Meeting for Worship with Attention to Business, held every 3rd Sunday at about 12:00 p.m. in the Meetinghouse
